At Holy Trinity we like to keep your details up to date so we can stay in contact and keep you informed. Please ready the privacy statement at the bottom of this form for more information regarding appropriate use of the church directory.

Please don't try to enter more than one thing in each field (names, numbers etc). If you are filling out the details for yourself and someone else, please enter your own details and then at the bottom you'll see the option to make a second submission for someone else.

If you choose to hide your details from other members, they will still be available to church staff, administrators, and office-bearers for the purpose of your service, ministry or group involvements, as well as pastoral contact.

You can also log into our secure church system, Elvanto, to choose to have your name in the directory but hide specific contact details.

 We will seek to deal carefully with any personal information we collect and include only general information about you such as your name, address and other details are so that we can contact you, provide services to you or for the purpose of your participation in church activities

 The information in this directory is only to be used for purposes that are related to the activities and ministries of Holy Trinity Anglican Church Wentworth Falls. This includes contacting someone for the purpose of fellowship, encouragement, hospitality and the like. We encourage such love and support for each other. However we ask that you use good judgment in relation to such use of contact information. For example, if a person makes it clear they did not expect their information would be used for a certain purpose or communicates that the contact is unwelcome, you should respect that person's wishes. A person's address, email address or mobile phone number is not to be used on a bulk distribution list unless the communication relates to a church activity or, in any other case, the person has given their express consent
